The Burger Lab is by far my favourite burger restaurant in Hamburg. The little restaurant opened its doors a couple of years ago in June 2014. Ever since then it became more and more popular. Three friends Katherina, Benjamin and Jeremy, who own the store have set themselves the task to serve high-quality burgers. Therefore they only use regional meat that they receive from Kowa & Jeßen, local farmers from Schleswig-Holstein. Besides all the luscious burgers, I also need to recommend the sweet potato fries, which are the best in town – and trust me I’ve tried a lot. I think we agree that a good burger can be so much more than just simple fast food. The small restaurant is furnished with a keen attention to design, but fortunately still intends to keep an easy and cozy atmosphere. So if in Hamburg, drop by and enjoy.
